TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Copan Card® is valid for three months from the time of activation in Go Travel office.
- Discounts and tourist attractions are guaranteed by Copan Card® are valid for the duration of the same , as long as the establishment is within affiliated businesses active Copan Card® .
- When you buy or use the Copan Card®, you’re accepting the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract.
- The members that bear the Copan Card® receive special discounts at affiliated establishments.
- Restrictions apply according to each Affiliate trade.
- The use of Copan Card® is personal and not transferable. The discount in affiliated businesses Copan Card® applies only to the purchase invoice authorized card user.
- Discounts are valid for the duration of their Copan Card®, as long as the establishment is within affiliated businesses active Copan Card®.
- To make use of the benefits of discount affiliated merchants must submit the Copan Card® before applying current account.
- Trade Affiliate has the right to require Copan Card® identification and verify the expiration date thereof. Affiliates establishments the right to not accept or provide benefits to the cardholder if it does not present an identification document if the Copan Card® is expired or damaged, making it impossible to verify the data on the reserve
- The Copan Card® will be granted only to individuals, not be assigned to a business name, RTN, or any governmental or organizational entity.
- The discount rates published in Copan Card® do not apply or combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by the establishment. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or redeemable for cash.
- Copan Card® is not responsible for any event that happens at the time of purchase, when visiting an establishment or as a result of the visit of a local.
- The discount is already included seniors, and does not apply in addition to the discount rates published in Copan Card®.
- If you have any problems with the acceptance of Copan card® or an affiliate business does not honor the published please contact us info@copancard.com with a full description of the event and a scan of the invoice.
- Go Travel reserves the right to modify the therms as necessary.
- Failure to comply with the service on the date and time indicated by causes beyond the control yet, “Provider” undertakes to make the money back to consumers affected by Go Travel. This reimbursement shall by agreed between Go Travel value and the final consumers.
- It is expressly stated that before imponderables facts, acts of God or force majeure (meaning by majeure, wars, hurricanes or events that beyond the reach of human control.)
- Upon receipt of your Copan Card® you are accepting sending communication of events and promotions by Go Travel through email, text messaging and phone calls.
- The loss or theft of your Copan Card® should be reported to the Customer Service Center, where they will be given the conditions of replacing it. Replenishing your card incur costs that must be borne by the applicant.
- Copan Card® is a tourist product issued in Copan Ruinas, operated by the company Go Travel, S. de R.L. responsible for compliance benefits and discounts offered by the program.
